Who is taking care of ISDAK?

Plaza Management Office

The Plaza Management Office, lovely known by dorm residents as the Plaza, manages the entire dormitory and provides support to dorm residents. The office is open from 9:00 to 18:00, including weekends and holidays. The Plaza is a strong ally of the dormitory students, taking charge of matters such as entering and leaving the dormitories, using the facilities, and daily life counseling.

Resident Assistant (RA)

RAs are student staff appointed by Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo Gakugei University, University of Electro-Communications, and Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. While living together with you, RAs will support you to make your dormitory life better by acting as a liaison between dormitory students, including international students, through the dormitory's self-governing body and organizing events for dormitory students.

Community Assistant (CA)

These are student staff members who live in the A and E buildings, in rooms which are called "common floors," and are dedicated to resolving problems in dormitory life and promoting interaction among dormitory residents.

Guardhouse

The guardhouse is located next to the main gate. It protects the safety of dormitory students 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and is the place to go for advice on any problems, especially when the Plaza Management Office is close.
